With thoughtful consideration of the design context and a hands-on principal-level approach to each project, we are able to work in unison with each project team in achieving successful residential projects for the owners. These projects range from large to small, and new custom homes to renovations of older historic homes and farm houses. Residential design requires creativity and innovative solutions that we are able to bring to the table, with the flexibility to work with different building materials and adapt to varying project schedules and demands.

We have managed numerous multi-family projects including the Gile Hill Community Housing project in Hanover, New Hampshire, the first Platinum LEED for homes project in the northeast (design by Gossens Bachman Architects) and the Waters View Apartment project in Cohoes, New York (design by Mackenzie Architects).

We have also worked on various buildings, bridges and specialty structures for camps throughout Vermont including Camps Keewaydin and Songadeewin, Camp Aloha, and Camps Dudley and Kiniya.
